Shipping

We ship across India through our trusted courier partners. Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched the same working day; orders after that are dispatched the next working day.

Shipping is complimentary on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery orders a nominal fee of ₹49 applies. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with an AWB / tracking number and a link to the courier. You can also track your order any time from My Orders in your account.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, reach out to care@bellaboom.in with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching our warehouse.
